Mr. M. Apparao holds a Masters in Social Work Degree from Acharya Nagarjuna University and a Bachelor degree in Commerce from the Andhra University. He has over 15 years of experience in the development sector predominantly in HIV prevention, care, support and treatment among high-risk groups, partners and families infected and affected by HIV/AIDS. He has also worked at the District level as an M & E Officer and District Resource Person at Child Fund India-LWS Program, Andhra Pradesh by rendering technical support to TI/LWS.
