Dr Edwin Sam Asirvatham is a public health professional, specializing in health systems, policy, and management. He has over 20 years of experience in public health program management, health system strengthening, HIV/AIDS, monitoring, evaluation and research. He has extensive experience working with NGOs, UN organizations, academic institutions, CDC & USAID-funded projects. Dr Edwin has conducted several large-scale health research studies and published a number of scientific and technical papers. He holds a PhD in Health Systems & Policy and is a Post-Graduate in Health Management. With his vast experience, he will be in the Project LaQSH team as Technical Lead – Strategic & Knowledge Management.
