Ms. Kalpana Madhala holds a nursing graduate degree with over 9 years of experience in Public Health. She is highly skilled as a registered nurse and has rich experience in teaching. She has extensively worked at the grass root level in Public Health in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Bihar and Maharashtra. She has clinical teaching experience of three years in Andhra Pradesh and Non-clinical experience of four years in Bihar and two years in Maharashtra respectively and has a good understanding in implementing research projects. She has also been conducted numerous trainings as a Master trainer, on various flagship programs in Public Health. She has been instrumental in supporting and coordinating in capacity building of staff on COVID-19, gender-based violence during pandemic.
