Dr Kushagr Duggal is a BHMS graduate from Delhi University and has done his Masters in Public Health (MPH) from JIPMER, Puducherry.He is experienced working in the areas of project management, public health research,demographic and health surveillance, district planning, maternal health and human resources forhealth.He has been working as a Project Manager at Maulana Azad Medical College in a BIRACproject wherein he headed a team of 16 members was worked in implementing the project activities, monitoring, supervising, community engagement and research/publications. Prior to that he has also worked at the National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), Delhi. At NHSRC, his work included drafting of guidelines such as revision of IPHS, conducting visits to different health facilities in the districts of UP, Bihar, Maharashtra, Gujarat, etc. for reviewing the services and providing technical support to these States in implementation of the various National HealthProgrammes.
