Ms. Revina Suhasini Samuel
Sr. Manager, HR & Admn

Ms. Revina Suhasini Samuel has been with the organization since 2007 and currently Heads the Human Resources and Administration at SHARE INDIA-CDC Projects. With a vast experience in HR she has been actively involved in strategic organizational development, instilling positive work culture in the organization and improving overall workplace morale. She strives to develop a strong and vibrant human resource base for the organization.

Mr. P. Raj Kishore
Logistics Manager

Mr. Raj Kishore is a Logistics Manager holding a graduate degree in Commerce and has completed courses in DHA, DCA & Tally (7.2 version). Mr. Raj Kishore has over 10 years of experience in administration and finance. He works closely in training coordination and planning.

Ms. Sujatha Saradhi
Admn Executive

Ms. Sujatha Saradhi has pursued her Post Graduation in Masters in Social Work (MSW) and has been working with SHARE INDIA since the year 2008. She possesses over ten years of experience working with not for profit organizations, prominently working on HIV/AIDS. She is currently working as an Admn Executive with SHARE INDIA – CDC Projects.

Ms. Sabitha

Admn Executive

 Ms. Sabitha, Post Graduate in Social Work (MSW) from Osmania University, Hyderabad, Telangana with over all 15+ years’ of valuable experience. Her career path is spilt into 5+ years in the social service sector and research followed by 10+ years in public health sector. Core functions in various roles of her career have catered to coordination, providing research assistance, data entry and analysis, documentation, translation of documents and interpretation during field visits, counselling and liaison with stake holders. Her work experience has enhanced her knowledge and skills in project coordination, research methods and techniques, translation and interpretation of local language, counselling and handling community members.

Mr. Chetananand Narsimulu
HR & Logistics Executive

Mr. Chetananand Narsimulu is a HR and Logistics Executive with 8 years of experience in HR activities like pay rolling in SAP, Contract Labour Management etc. He has previously worked as Assistant Manager-HR/ER.He has completed his Master’s Degree in Labour Studies from Mumbai University.

Mr. N. Lakshmi Narasimhan
Sr. Manager, Finance & Accounts

Mr.Lakshmi Narasimhan has been with SHARE INDIA since 2007 and heads the Finance and Accounts team. He has over 35 years of experience in managing finance in various Industries and organisations like, manufacturing, book publishing, transport, hospitals and medical colleges. His role involves a continuous review of financial systems, focusing on procurement of the health sector goods, equipments and services. He has been instrumental in putting in place a robust system of internal control which is designed to provide reasonable assurance regarding economy, accountability and reliability of financial reporting.

Mr. KNS. Srinivas 
Accounts Manager

Mr. Srinivas has completed M. Com from Andhra University and CA Articles from ICAI and has been with SHARE INDIA since 2005. With 25 years of experience and currently working as an Accounts Manager, he has maintained Books of accounts in Indian Accounting Standards up to the Audit level (including Fund Audit) adhering to all statutory compliances including Income Tax, Professional Tax, Provident Fund and others on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. During his tenure, he has governed funds from APSACS, CDC, LANCET, SNELLERS and other funding agencies in terms of follow up to receive the funds and disbursement of the funds. He initiated procurement of Capital Purchases as per the norms as per the requirements of the organization.

Mr. P. SATISH
Accounts Officer

Mr P. Satish is a seasoned Finance professional holding a Bachelors in Commerce from Osmania University along with a Professional Degree in LL. B-Taxation and a Master Degree in Corporate Law from Osmania University. His job assignments in the past have been with Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital, Apollo Specialty Hospitals Private Limited, Wockhard Hospitals Limited, Nikhil Hospitals Pvt Ltd, Skyblue Aero Private Limited and Mediciti Hospitals Pvt Limited. He has essayed the role of Manager Accounts in his previous assignments. His strength lies in working on Tally ERP, Oracle Application and Various billing softwares like Insta, Medmantra and Wipro Soft.
Mr. Satish is also proficient in Finalisation of Accounts, Preparation of Trial Balance & Ledger Scrutiny, Profit & Loss a/c, Preparing Balance sheets, Reconciliations, Bank a/c, TDS Receivable, Customer and Vendor A/c, Accounting of TDS, making online / manual payments, e Filing of 24Q, 26Q & Correction Returns, Downloading Form16A from TRACES website and Calculating TDS on Salaries. He joins the Accounts team as an Accounts Officer.

Mr. B. Prabhakaram
Accountant

Mr. B. Prabhakaram has a Commerce educational background and has over 23 years of experience in Administration and Accounts. He has been with SHARE INDIA since 2009 and is currently working as an Accountant.

Mr. Titus Samraj
IT Manager

Mr. Titus Samraj is an IT Manager with a rich experience in Hardware and Networking Technologies. He is a certified Microsoft System Administrator and holds an Honor’s Diploma in Computer Applications. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Secretary ship, a Masters in Information Technology. He has a rich experience in hosting Webinars using Adobe Connect Software. In his previous assignment, Titus was working with Christian Medical Association of India (CMAI- QMS BB Project) and I-TECH India.

Dr B. Ravi Kumar
Associate Project Director

Dr Ravi Kumar has over 18 years’ experience in clinical and public health, in strategic planning, designing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of National health programmes. His areas of expertise include ART, ICTC, PPTCT, Pediatric ART, STI, HIV-TB, systems-strengthening, capacity-building, research and surveillance, with excellent people skills and ability to perform a broad range of functions in multiple areas of clinical and public health domains.

Dr Ravi has held major positions both at national and state level and has worked extensively with national and state governments, donors, international NGOs among others, supporting targeted intervention programs. Dr Ravi holds a Master’s degree in Public Health with a fellowship in HIV Medicine. He completed a certification course in HIV from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a Management and Development Program (MDP) on Leadership and Strategic Management at the Indian Institute of Health Management and Research (IIHMR). Dr Ravi has been associated with SHARE INDIA since 2018, contributing as a technical expert to the HIV-TB NISCHIT project in Andhra Pradesh.

Dr Prabhu
Sr. Technical Officer 

Dr Prabhu is a Medical graduate with experience in clinical and public health programs. He has been associated with SHARE INDIA since 2018 to monitor and provide clinical support to ART program and as closely coordinate activities of Center of Excellence, providing advanced Dr Prabhu oversees program implementation at Krishna district, Andhra Pradesh.

Dr Mahesh Mhetre
Senior Technical Officer

Dr Mahesh Mhetre holds a post graduate degree in Environment and Public Health from the University of Salford – Manchester (UK). Dr Mhetre has a decade experience in the public health sector particularly in Nutrition, HIV/AIDS, and TB project with technical expertise in M&E, capacity building through supportive supervision and implementation of the project activities in a time-bound manner.

Dr Mhetre’s field experience was focused on working for DFID projects at the grass-root level in the most remote and isolated geographical locations of the Himalayas such as Leh-Ladakh, Lahaul Spiti, Joshimath (Uttarakhand), Sikkim, and Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh. Dr Mhetre has held the position of Technical Officer for 3 years in CST division under the leadership of Dr Rewari at the National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) and was a focal person for GFATM activities. He was also associated with Project NISCHIT, SHARE INDIA for HIV-TB activities in the cluster districts of Maharashtra for four years. Prior to joining SHARE INDIA, he was working with YRG Care as a Technical Specialist – Supportive supervision for ACCELERATE project of USAID. He is an excellent disciplined team player, action-oriented, creative with strong time management and coordination skills. Dr Mhetre is also an ardent reader and pursues photography fervently as his hobby and will be based out of Delhi.

Dr Anuradha Monga
Technical Expert

Dr Anuradha Monga holds a graduate degree from Maulana Azad Medical College and a post graduate degree from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University. She was selected and has done her fellowship in Public Health Leadership and Implementation Academy for Non-communicable diseases, PH-LEADER, Emory University Atlanta in 2016. With an overall experience of 15 years, Dr Monga has worked as a clinician, academician and administrator. She has worked in the capacity of a Program Manager at Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) for over 6 years. She led numerous training programs at the training division of PHFI. Prior to PHFI, she worked with the National Institute of Health and Family Welfare (NIHFW) and Ernst and Young (EY, LLP) Delhi. Dr Monga will be based out of Delhi.

Ms. Nalini Chava
Lead – Strategic Information 

Ms. Nalini has over 13 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of programs and has worked with several well-established NGOs, leading Corporates and Government sectors. She was part of data analysis, National ART centers assessment across the country. Her role has been providing technical assistance to ART centers in data management and reporting, developing M & E tools & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure quality of data through data audits. 

Mr. G. Ramesham
Lead – Strategic Information

Mr. G. Ramesham has more than 13 years of experience in program monitoring and evaluation. He possesses excellent skills in quantitative and qualitative data analysis. He has been a part of several Public Health programs at National, State and District levels and worked with agencies like HLFPPT, CARDTS, and APSACS. His role involves providing site level technical assistance in data management & ensure data quality.

Mr. R. Praveen Kumar
Sr. Project Officer

Mr. Praveen Kumar is a social worker with over 15 years of experience in public health programmes specializing in HIV/AIDS sector. He has held major positions in PEPFAR funded CDC projects at SHARE INDIA- APAIDSCON, NISCHIT and played an active role in mentoring and strengthening the capacities of ART centres in Andhra Pradesh. His areas of expertise include capacity building of health staff, institutional strengthening, training and technical assistance.

Mr. P.  Ajith Rao
Sr. Project Officer

Mr. Ajith Rao has over 15 years of diversified experience working in the development sector which includes Government sector to grassroot NGOs to technical support agencies. He has held different positions as a Community Organizer to Project Coordinator in agencies like Plan India which helped to understand and gain practical knowledge of communities and their needs.

At SHARE INDIA, he provides site level technical assistance to ART centers to improve access and quality of services to people.

Dr B. R. Kiranmayee
Technical Officer

Dr B. R. Kiranmayee holds a MBBS degree from Narayana Medical college, Nellore and also holds a Diploma in Cosmetology and Aesthetics from Pune. Her prior assignment before joining SHARE INDIA, was at ART Center in Ongole and she has also worked as a Duty Medical Doctor for Cardiac Centre and Cancer hospital. She was awarded as the Best Medical Officer in 2016 at ART Centre, Ongole. She will be based out of Prakasam District.

Dr Uma Kranth Kumar
Technical Officer

Dr Uma Kranth Kumar joined project NISCHIT Plus as a Technical Officer. He is a medical graduate with over 10 years of clinical experience and has extensively worked in medical emergency departments.

Dr K. Varcheswi
Technical Officer

Dr K. Varcheswi holds an under-graduate degree in Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai. She has a total of 5 years of experience, with 3 years extensively in the field of Public Health. She will be based out of East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh.

Dr Ajay Rajendran
Technical Officer

Dr Ajay Rajendran is a medical graduate with nearly a year and half clinical experience in corporate hospitals and has worked in the medical emergency department. He will be based out of Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh.

Ms. D Shanta 
Sr. Project Officer

Ms. D Shanta comes with more than 18 years of multi-sector programme management and community development experience. Her interests lie in innovations and sustainable development programmes for the most marginalized communities. She has worked in various international organizations like CARE India, FHI360 and TATA Trusts, India’s largest philanthropic organization. She has the expertise in managing, implementing and monitoring large-scale public health and community development programmes i.e., NPCDCS, HIV/AIDS, RMNCH+A, Nutrition, Livelihood Interventions supported by EU, World Bank and USAID which were implemented for the most marginalized communities.

Having worked in the field of HIV for nearly 10 years, she has technically guided the design and implementation of Community led Structural Interventions CLSI approach in HIV/AIDS programme among communities across the state of Andhra Pradesh. She is experienced in system strengthening of Integrated Child Development Program ICDS, addressing social equity issues for improving nutrition outcomes among the communities in Andhra Pradesh.

Mr. John Wesley
Project Officer

Mr. John Wesley holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and English Literature from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Post-Graduation Diploma in Planning and Project Management from University of Hyderabad. He has a decade of experience in public health particularly HIV prevention, care, support, treatment among high risk groups, children and families infected & affected by HIV/AIDS along with three years of technical and monitoring support for TI’s and a year in OVC component with the children of key populations in PEPFAR cluster districts and six years of experience in Community Development and Ecological Conservation have given me opportunity to be part of programs like CHAHA, VIHAAN and Targeted Interventions (TI) respectively.

He has also worked in LINKAGES Project for two years by fulfilling all the designated responsibilities in the PEPFAR cluster districts of Andhra Pradesh with the aim to accelerate the ability of Governments, key population (KP) organizations and private sector providers to plan, deliver and optimize services that reduce HIV transmission among KP resulting in – Increased availability of comprehensive prevention, care and treatment services, including reliable coverage across the continuum of care – Demand for comprehensive prevention, Care and treatment services among key populations enhanced and sustained – Strengthened systems for planning, monitoring, evaluating and assuring the quality of programs for key populations.

Mr. G. Nagendra Jagadish
Project Officer

Mr. G. Nagendra Jagadish holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology as a topper from Osmania University with Education and Communication and also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Andhra University. With over 16 years of experience in the development sector, he has been associated with several non-profits and Government organizations at the District and State level. During his tenure he supported several training programmes, reported, monitored, supervised, worked on IEC materials, implemented the NACP and all HIV/AIDS related programmes and projects at the district level.

His work was acknowledged and appreciated by APSACS who recognized him with the State Best Service Award, Govt. of AP for the year 2017 and he received the Best employee award from the District Collector three times. He has done commendable work in the field of elimination of Paediatric HIV transmission from 2012 in West Godavari District, were they had zero cases of a HIV positive babies for 18 months from 2012-18. His contributions include-Linkages of PLHA’s to Government schemes through DAPCU Led Single Window Helpdesk and he pioneered in EMTCT with NACO, APSACS and ICMR Representatives and conducted data check in Guntur District

Mr. Ramesh Babu
Project Officer

Mr. Ramesh Babu joined NISCHIT Plus as a Project Officer. He completed his Masters in Social Work and has nearly 17 years of experience in the Development sector in different roles. He has 2 years’ experience in the rural development sector and about 15 years’ experience in the HIV / AIDS sector. He worked as an ICTC Consultant and moved on to be the District ICTC Supervisor. In 2011, he was honored with the best employee award. He also worked as a Project Officer in the Technical Support Units based at East Godavari District providing technical support to NGO partners. His recent assignment was that of a State Coordinator in Andhra Pradesh in HIV / AIDS Alliance in the LINKAGES program.

Mr. Kedam Raja Kumar
Project Officer

Mr. Kedam Raja Kumar, joined Project NISCHIT Plus as a Project Officer. He has over 12 years of experience in the social development sector. After the completion of MBA in HR, he was associated with various reputed organizations such as YRG Care, HLFPPT, ChildFund India, SAATHII, and WORD Organization. He has experience working in the field of HIV/AIDS, Care and support, TB and Corporate Social Responsibility. Mr. Kumar has worked for over 6 years, focused on HIV/AIDS prevention. His major strengths are capacity building, public private liaising, IEC development and team management.

Mr. Shaik Amina Saheb
Project Officer

Mr. Shaik Amina Saheb has a post graduate degree in Social Work. He has nearly 16 years of experience working in the Public Health sector and Research Field. He has worked in various sectors which include grass root level organizations to State level organizations including APSACS. He also has experience in conducting large-scale social marketing surveys and has extensive working experience in the field of HIV / AIDS.

Mr. K. Sudhakar
Project Officer

Mr. K. Sudhakar has a post graduate degree in Rural Development. He has 16 years of experience of working in the development sector and has worked with various organizations including APSACS. He will be based out of Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.

Mr. G. V. Durga Appa Rao
Project Officer

Mr. G. V. Durga Appa Rao holds a post graduate degree in human resource management (MHRM) from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur. He has over 15 years of experience working in various capacities in the development sector and has extensively worked in HIV prevention activities, HIV care & support activities, disaster preparedness activities, community development and capacity building. He will be based out of Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh.

Ms. Y. Manjula
Project Officer

Ms. Y. Manjula has completed her MBA from JNTU with nearly 11 years of experience in healthcare sector in several positions. She will be contributing her services towards the project as a Project Officer.

Mr. K. Satish
Project Officer

Mr. K. Satish holds a dual post graduate degree in English literature and sociology along with a bachelors in education. He started his career working with high-risk communities which included FSWs, MSMs, IDUs in Yanam and later joined as a counsellor in CHANGES TI Project in Peddapuram. He served as a Project Manager in WISE CBO for 3 years in TI intervention and played a key role in the transition phase from NGO to CBO. He was also worked with SAATHII AP PPP program as a Program Officer for five districts and was the Area Head at Dr Reddy’s Foundation working among the youth aged between 18-30 years to improve their employability skills and provide better placements.

Mr. C. Nagarjuna
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Mr. C. Nagarjuna holds a Masters in Social Work degree from Acharya Nagarjuna University and a Masters degree in Commerce from the Sri Krishna Devaraya University. He has over 10 years of experience in the development sector predominantly in HIV prevention, care, support and treatment among high-risk groups, partners and families infected and affected by HIV/AIDS. He has also worked at the State level as an M & E Officer at TSU-HLFPPT Andhra Pradesh by rendering technical support to TI/LWSs.

Ms. Prathyusha Jadapolu
Documentation Officer

Prathyusha has about a decade of technical expertise in documentation and research, conceptualizing and development of communication strategies and content creation. She also had significant supervisory management experience working with communities and organizations on issues pertaining to public health and social and behavioral change communication.

As a documentation officer  at SHARE INDIA, Prathyusha supports in reporting and documentation of project activities, developing knowledge management products like case stories and taking up other communications activities.

Mr. Rakesh Pradhan
IT Support Associate

Mr. Rakesh Pradhan holds a bachelor’s degree in computer application from Shobit University. He also holds a Diploma in Aeronautical engineering. He is a Microsoft certified System Administrator with an overall experience of more than 15 years, working in different sectors. His previous assignment was with Christian Medical Association of India where he was as an IT Manager since 2017. He will be based out of our Delhi office.

Ms. K. Andalu
M & E Assistant

Ms. Andalu has over 7 years of experience in the Public Health sector and was part of several research projects as research assistant. Her areas of expertise include data collection (qualitative) and data management. At SHARE INDIA she assists M & E team in data management. 

Ms. M. Sudharani 
Nutritionist & State AIDS Clinical Expert Panel (SACEP) Coordinator 

Ms. Sudharani is a Nutritionist with over a decade of experience and has worked in several public health and nutrition programs. At SHARE INDIA, Sudharani assess nutritional status and counsels’ patients living with HIV on nutritional requirements accordingly. As a SACEP coordinator she supports Centre of Excellence in scheduling referrals and organise SACEP meetings and maintain relevant records.

Mr. C. Abhishek
Data Coordinator

Mr. C. Abhishek holds a Bachelors in Commerce from the Sri Krishna Devaraya University and Diploma in Elementary Education. He has over 2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and accounting, working at the Rural Integrated Development Society (RIDS) for the TI project. He was also associated with YR Gaitonde Centre for AIDS Research and Education (YRG Care) for OVC project as M&E and accounts officer for 5 months which was supported by USAID at Anantapuram.

Dr Christopher Joseph Nathan
Consultant

Dr Christopher Joseph Nathan, M.B.B.S MSc CID (LSHTM Lond) has over three decades of experience in several public health programmes, spanning National and community levels.
His areas of expertise include HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment projects, Tuberculosis, as well as health system strengthening. He served in various capacities from the grass-roots to implementation of multi-state programmes and influencing policy at the National level.
As a consultant, his role has been to provide technical support, training and orientation towards the Care Support Treatment (CST) programmes.

Dr Satish Kaipilyawar
Associate Project Director

Dr Satish Kaipilyawar holds an MBBS; MHA (TISS), Fellowship from University of London (Health Promotion and Project Management) and is currently the Associate Project Director for the project at SHARE INDIA.

Dr Satish Kaipilyawar has an impressive three decades of experience in the public health and development sector. He is a Medical graduate from Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal, Post Graduate in Health administration from TISS Mumbai and has a fellowship from University of London, UK in Project Management and Health Promotion, has undergone various national and international trainings from WHO center of Excellence in Sondalo, Italy.

He has served on prestigious bilateral, funding and implementing international agencies like the AGA Khan foundation, DFID, USAID, PATH, BMGF and CDC supported projects. He served in diverse capacities from the grass roots implementation, leading large multi-state projects to influencing policy at National and International level. His projects and pilots have influenced National decisions like introduction of new vaccines (HepB, JE vaccine, second dose measles, HPV, ID Rabies) quality improvement of downstream vaccine implementation (micro-planning, supportive supervision, cold chain, injection safety and infection control and management) new technology introduction (VVM’s, auto-disable syringes, Cold chain, hub cutters, intradermal injection devices, jet injectors and syringe melters). He has influenced and drafted the IMA National policy on injection safety, has publications on vaccine downstream work. He was invited to present at international conferences like TECHNET, SIGN, TBUNION, Global pharmacy conferences in various countries and WHO Geneva. He was awarded IMA Diamond Jubilee national IDPL award in 2004, Honorable mention award on Injection safety from ISIPS Jordan in 2005, received 2 Global awards on “Advancing Global health” by PATH’s President on Children’s vaccine program and the HPV project.

Dr Satish has served as Chief of Party for a large USAID supported National TB project on Advocacy Communication and Social Mobilization, TB Laboratory Strengthening, Pharmacy PPM project, Airborne infection control, Drug Resistant TB, TB Human Resources for health to mention a few. He has worked closely with National and State health departments and managed 5 project cycles, formed and nurtured consortia managed national and international partnerships and have leveraged technical assistance from Global and National teams for program implementation and advocacy. He has also facilitated various USAID delegations to the project sites (a group of Conservatives and Democrats from the USA – Delhi US Embassy) and organized field visits for the US Ambassador to project sites. He is currently managing the CDC supported projects on AIC, end MDR TB project, Latent TB infection management and supporting the RNTCP to improve data quality and analytics for improving program management.

Dr Sampada Bhide
Sr. Project Manager

Dr Sampada Bhide is a Public Health professional with over 7 years of strong public health and TB research background. With a Master Degree in Community Medicine/Public Health from the prestigious Seth G S Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai and a Diploma in Human Resource Management, she has contributed extensively to the National TB programme in the Public Health Department of Mumbai as an Assistant Medical officer. Dr Bhide is the Senior Project Manager for SHARE INDIA on CDC supported Global Health Security agenda (GHSA) projects on Airborne Infection Control, End MDRTB slum project and data use workshops for TB programme staff in Mumbai.

Dr Pratibha Pawar   
Sr. Project Manager, Knowledge Management, M & E

Dr Pratibha, comes with more than ten years of experience in the development sector. In her decade-long tenure, she has worked on the key thematic areas such as communicable and non-communicable diseases, RMNCHA+, Mental Health and Social issues like Child Sexual Abuse. Her expertise includes project management, research, M&E, white paper publications, developing innovative & scalable interventions, liaison, stakeholder management and advocacy. Dr Pratibha has worked with several nationaland international NGOs/philanthropies, Universities,national and international funding agencies and Government agencies. She will contribute in the capacity of Manager, Knowledge Management, M & E for Project STAR and will be based out of our Mumbai office.

Dr Nikunj Fofani
Technical Officer

Dr Nikunj is a Medical doctor holding a post-graduation degree in Community Medicine from Seth G S Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai. He has seven years of work experience in the development sector. As a Technical Officer for the STAR Project, he works closely with various stakeholders. Dr Nikunj is currently playing an active role in the End MDR-TB in Dharavi project.

Dr Takshashila Taksande
Project Coordinator

Dr Takshashila has completed her Masters in Homeopathic Medicine. She has also received a Diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga Shastra and a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research from Nagpur University. Dr Maherukh Nasim is an ardent healthcare professional who comes with public health and dental science background coupled with five years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, management of various healthcare programs, SOP creation, clinical trial for health-tech products and epidemiology. She is experienced in working with cross-cultural groups with a sharp spotlight on global healthcare. Dr Nasim will be working as a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer and will be based out of Mumbai.

Ms. Jaya Nair
Project Coordinator

Ms. Jaya Nair has over 10 years of experience in the social development sector. She has worked with several TB and HIV projects executed in Mumbai.  She has championed for the rights of People Living with HIV and other Marginalized groups, been part of various technical committees for Equal Access to treatment and the HIV/AIDS Bill and the fight against section 377. She was awarded as a youth ambassador in the year 2006 for her work in HIV, by the then Union Minister for Sports Mr. Mani Shankar Aiyer.   Ms. Nair has received an Honours in English Literature from Elphinstone College, Mumbai. She coordinates the activities of ‘End MDR TB in Dharavi’ Project for SHARE INDIA. She is also involved in facilitating workshops for data use workshops for TB RNTCP programme staff in Mumbai.

Ms. Smita Waghmare

After completing her MSW from Pune University, Ms. Smita Waghmare has extensively engaged in the field of child rights, HIV AIDS and TB for over 13 years. She started her career in Child rights and worked extensively with Child Domestic Workers. She was later awarded the best practices of the PPTCT model in Maharashtra by NACO. She coordinates the activities of ‘End MDR TB Dharavi’ Project for SHARE INDIA. She is also involved in facilitating workshops for data use workshops for TB RNTCP program staff in Mumbai.

Ms. Swecha Chamarty​
Data Manager

Ms. Swecha Chamarty, has joined the STAR project in Nagpur. She is a graduate in B Pharmacy with Masters in Public Health. She has joined the project as a Data Manager for HAaLT project at Nagpur.Prior to SHARE INDIA she was working in Maternal and Child Health and comes with an experience in tool designing, M&E activities, budgeting, data management, documentation, reports, and publications. She has worked in the states of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu due to her various assignments.Having a public health research background, she has to her credit a few publications in international and national journals.

Mr. Laxman Shinde joins Project STAR as a Rural Coordinator in the Nagpur region. He holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of Ahmedabad. Mr. Shinde has been involved in social development projects for 11 years in the areas of managing implementing projects, capacity building training programs and research activities.

Dr Viral Rajesh Bajwala
Consultant – Data Analyst

Dr Viral Rajesh Bajwala holds a MBBS graduate with Masters in MPH (Epidemiology and Health systems) from NIE, ICMR, Chennai. He is a public health professional with over 10 years of experience working in the public health department of Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC). In this decade-long tenure, he worked on the key thematic areas such as maternal and child health, disease surveillance and IDSP, communicable and non-communicable diseases, monitoring and capacity building. He also worked as Zonal Coordinator in COVID-19 pandemic management cell of North Zone office, SMC. He is a certified trainer for ASHA, wherein he trained over 100 ASHA for NCD. He has received awards for best Governance in Head Facility led by him and best performance under Revised National Control Program – 2015. His expertise lies in epidemiology, biostatistics, research methodology, M&E, GIS in public health, manuscript writing and publications and has 3 publications as Principal Investigator peer for reviewed indexed journals of international level, two poster presentations and one evaluation study using logic framework.

In his previous assignment he was working as a Consultant-MIS with World Health Partners on IDAT project in Gujarat. Dr Anita Singh ​

Dr Anita Singh is a Pathologist with over 25 years of professional experience spanning diagnostic pathology practice, Medical Affairs in Life Sciences Industry and Advocacy. Dr Singh has contributed to several skill development initiatives. In her last assignment, she was the Senior Director at Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC) – a Not-for-Profit, non-statutory certifying organization, under the ambit of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE). The Council has been promoted by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC) and healthcare industry leaders representing both public and private sectors. She has worked in the Medical Device Industry and was the Associate Director, Medical Affairs for Central and South Asia at BD Life Sciences – Pre-analytical Systems. It entailed developing Medical Affairs strategies for the region and ensuring effective implementation of the plans.

Prior to her corporate experience, she was a practicing Pathologist and was the Consultant Pathologist and Quality Control In-charge at a NABL accredited laboratory in Delhi. She has also volunteered for Labs for Life program in India and was a BD fellow for PEFAR Cambodia project for initial assessments and Phlebotomy Master Training Program. She is also a trained Internal Auditor for ISO 15189.

Dr Edwin Sam Asirvatham is a public health professional, specializing in health systems, policy, and management. He has over 20 years of experience in public health program management, health system strengthening, HIV/AIDS, monitoring, evaluation and research. He has extensive experience working with NGOs, UN organizations, academic institutions, CDC & USAID-funded projects. Dr Edwin has conducted several large-scale health research studies and published a number of scientific and technical papers. He holds a PhD in Health Systems & Policy and is a Post-Graduate in Health Management. With his vast experience, he will be in the Project LaQSH team as Technical Lead – Strategic & Knowledge Management. ​

Dr Jayesh Dale
Technical Lead, Molecular Diagnostic

Dr Jayesh Dale is a Clinical Microbiologist with over 16 years of experience of working in the field of HIV and AIDS. He has completed his Post Graduate Degree in Medical Microbiology from Pune University. Through the project he is involved in various activities for implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in HIV reference Laboratories and is involved in setting up of new viral load laboratories in the Public Sector across India.

Dr Mahalingam Periasamy
Technical Lead

Dr Mahalingam Periasamy is a medical doctor with a post graduate specialization in Sexually Transmitted Infections & Cosmetology. He has over eighteen years of experience in implementing, monitoring and evaluating programmes for STD/HIV prevention among Most at Risk Population (MARPs) and care & support for People living with HIV (PLHIV). He has diversified his work at the state, national & international level for scaling-up HIV prevention, blood safety, laboratory quality assurance, care, support and treatment programmes.

Dr Periasamy has been instrumental in providing technical support to organizations like Tamil Nadu State AIDS Control Society (TANSACS), Tamil Nadu Health Systems Project (TNHSP) – NCD programme, National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) – STI, Blood safety & Lab services divisions, India, National STD AIDS Control Program (NSACP) – STI/ HIV Lab services division, Sri Lanka and Malaysian AIDS Council- CST division, Malaysia.
Liaising with the Government sector in STI & HIV programmes and health systems strengthening (Bio medical waste management, hospital infection control) have been his core strength.

Mr. Mahesh Kumar Suryadevara 
Technical Lead, Strategic Information.

Mr. Mahesh Kumar Suryadevara is a  Lead, Strategic Information who holds a Masters in Computer Application (MCA) degree with over 16 years of experience in Health and HIV/AIDS Programme Related Data Management and Analysis.
He has extensive experience in grass-root level community development programmes, monitoring and evaluation of social sector projects; capacity building; module development; stakeholders consultation; need assessment and analysis; project formulation, programme supervision for effective implementation; programme evaluation through participatory approach; organizational development; quantitative analysis, impact assessment, M & E framework, liaison with various Government departments. He currently manages the Viral Load (VL) testing and National External Quality Assurance data in the country by providing technical assistance to the National AIDS Control Organization, State AIDS Control Societies and the VL laboratories.

Mr. S. Lokabiram
Technical Lead – Technology and Innovations

Mr. S. Lokabiram comes with two decades of experience in HIV/AIDS in various capacities namely project management, monitoring & evaluation, research and implementing technological solutions. He was earlier with the Labs for Life project implemented by Christian Medical Association of India which was supported by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, managing technology and innovations. He will be based out of our Delhi office.

Dr Nangjong Tangha
Technical Manager

Dr Nangjong Tangha completed his Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Bachelor’s of Surgery (MBBS) degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Epidemiology (PGDEPI) with over 8 years of public health experience in the field of epidemiology, Tuberculosis and HIV/ AIDS. He has immensely contributed in development of Laboratory Quality Management System (QMS) checklist for Viral Load Laboratory, Regional STI Training, Research and Reference Laboratory (RSTRRL), Integrated Counselling and Testing Centre (ICTC) and CD4 laboratory. His contribution towards the “National Guidelines for HIV-1 Viral Load laboratory Testing” and “Standard Operating Procedure for HIV-1 Quant Assay with CBNAAT” were very significant for the development and rollout under NACP.

Dr Meher Vani Chaduvula

Dr Meher Vani has 18 years of experience in Mycobacterial clinical research with a niche area in Immunology, Molecular biology, biomarker development in leprosy Neuropathies. She developed and piloted the demonstration model for the transportation of viral load specimen in the State of Telangana. She is passionate about translational research and biomarker development for neuropathies in both infectious and non-communicable diseases. Her focus of work in the public sector Viral load labs involves strengthening and capacity building the staff in technical aspects of viral load testing in AP, TS along with the other states in South.

Mr. Pankaj Ghatbandhe is an experienced professional with a background of Laboratory Quality Management, audits, regulatory requirements and clinical research. He has completed his Postgraduate in Life-Science and has more than 16 years of experience in clinical and laboratory research. He holds a Diploma of a ‘Certified Clinical Research Investigator’ and is a qualified laboratory QC investigator that was organized by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Dr Nawaj Shaikh

Dr Nawaj Shaikh has joined SHARE INDIA and will be working as a Regional Coordinator from Thane. He has experience working with HIV and STI laboratory work and QC program since the last 12 years. Dr Shaikh has completed his Ph.D. in HIV from NARI, Pune. He has been associated with the National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) as a Resource person for GLP training all over India, CD4 laboratory, IQC, EQAS program and worked for NARI NABL accreditation. He was instrumental in creating the logo for Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) Government of India for it’s new National Education Policy which will come into force next month. He has been acknowledged and felicitated for this by the HRD Minister, Government of India.

Mr. E. Sasidhar Reddy

Mr. E. Sasidhar Reddy holds a Masters in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics and is awaiting to get his Doctoral Degree in Biochemistry in July 2021. Prior to SHARE INDIA he was working as a Virology Laboratory In-charge with NRIMS. Mr. Reddy’s interest lies in molecular biology protein-DNA interactions, transcription factors, genetic engineering cloning, gene expression and bioinformatics research, comparative genomics, gene networks and protein classification. He will be based out of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

Dr Kirti Rajpurkar

Dr Kirti Rajpurkar has 9 years of experience in the Public health domain. She has held the positions of Technical Officer and Deputy Quality Manager at the Microbiology Department with the Mumbai District AIDS Control Society and the State Reference Laboratory – J.J. Hospital, Mumbai. Dr Rajpurkar is a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the prestigious T.N. Medical College and B.Y.L. Nair Hospital, Mumbai. She is also a certified Internal Auditor as per ISO 15189: 2012 and has vast experience and knowledge of NABL accreditation. She has also essayed the role of Project Manager to Airborne Infection Control (AIC) and played an active role in the implementation of AIC activities in Mumbai and mentoring the AIC team.

Mr. Md. Faheem a Post Graduate in Social Work with more than 9 years’ experience, working with HIV/AIDS programme of NACO. He has skills in Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Analysis, Interpretation and reconciliation of data obtained from a variety of sources using Excel and SPSS. His role involves giving technical support for the demonstration model for specimen transport and referral system and validation of collection of an undiluted plasma specimen in a closed evacuated system for HIV-1 Viral Load.

Mr. M. Sanjeev Reddy holds a post graduate degree in social work from SRTM University and completed a course in planning monitoring and evaluation from the Institute of Health Management, Pachod, Pune. Mr Reddy has nearly 17 years of experience in public health and has worked in different capacities in the development sector and has worked closely with various State AIDS Control offices. He will be based in Hyderabad working as a Monitoring and Evaluation officer.

Mr. CH. S. Naidu
CQI Specialist

Mr. CH. S. Naidu holds an MBA in Health Care Services, M. Phil in Total Quality Management of Hospital and Medical Services and Project Management certification and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Champion. He has 28 years of field experience in various communities based public health development projects. Provided technical assistance to train and build the capacities of staff of ICTCs and SRLs to implement the Quality Management Systems under NACP Program to secure the certificate of excellence from NACO and to secure the NABL accreditation to the SRLs. He was instrumental in the refurbishments of the Viral Load Laboratories in the Public health sector.

Arnabjyoti Bhagawati is a Quality Management Professional with knowledge of International Standards (ISO 15189), NABH (entry level) and Biopharmaceutical experience. He holds a Master’s degree in Microbiology and is a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Public Health and Hospital Management. He has over 11 years of working experience in Bio-pharma and HIV related work profile in Laboratory strengthening. He is a Certified Internal Auditor as per ISO 15189:2012 and has conducted various NABL and WHO audits besides third-party audits.

Mr. Sameer Deepak Shinde

Mr. Sameer Deepak Shinde a public health professional with more than 10 years of experience in Biotechnological Research & Public Health Sector.  He has pursued his  Master’s Degree in Biotechnology from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University and also holds an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Administration from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He has been a “Regional Coordinator” for Maharashtra, Gujarat & Rajasthan has been associated with the development of Assessment Checklist for Monitoring of HIV Testing Laboratories (ICTC, CD4 and Viral Load Testing) in order to implementation of Quality Management System in line of ISO 15189:2012, NABL 112 along with the development of training curriculum, trainers manual for induction and continuous training of personnel working at HIV Testing Laboratories.

Mr. Chin Khansiam Samte holds a Master of Arts in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He has more than 10 years’ experience in the development sector in the field of HIV/AIDS, Control and Prevention program covering high risk populations, bridge populations and vulnerable children with International non-government organizations and the National AIDS Control Organisation, MoHFW, GoI. He has been a regular contributor in developing policies, programmes, National Guidelines and HIV/AIDS Bill (now termed as HIV/AIDS Act). Mr. Syed Rizwan Hasan Razvi holds Bachelors in Biotechnology, Biochemistry & Chemistry and Masters in Genetics from Osmania University. Mr. Razvi worked as a Junior Scientist at RR Animal Health Care Ltd, where he was responsible for establishing SPILD (the human health care division). He is an experienced Biological Specialist for Production and Quality Control at Tawasef Biotech. He worked as In-charge Assistant Director for Lab service division at APSACS, Vijayawada for more than 15 years. He drove the quality management systems in ICTCs, directed the 65 ICTCs in Andhra Pradesh (AP) to secure the National Award of Certification from NACO and facilitated the 7 SRLs to secure NABL accreditation. He is experienced in budgeting and allocation of funds and provided supportive supervision to NACP facilities. Mr. Paul played a key role in establishing the 10 Viral load testing laboratories in AP. He has experience in monitoring and reviewing the ICTCs, blood banks, SRLs and VL labs, implementing National External Quality Assurance Schemes in NACP networking public sector health laboratories in AP.

Mr. S. Guraiah holds a bachelors in science, medical laboratory technology and a post graduate degree in microbiology. He has worked as a Research Assistant and Laboratory Technician for 8 months. He is an expert phlebotomist and organizes campaigns for collecting specimens, handling and transportation of specimens to the diagnostic centres. He will be based out of Kadapa.

Mr. K. Ramu
Consultant

Mr. K. Ramu holds a bachelors in science, medical laboratory technology and has been a microbiology technician and worked for various hospital. He was also a Field Technologist for ICMR NIRT for one year. He will be based out of Visakhapatnam at Andhra Medical College.

 

Dr Prashant Vennela
Public Health Specialist

Dr Prashant Vennela is a Medical and Management Professional with over 11 years of experience in Public Health, Clinical selling and Health Informatics. He has completed his Bachelors in Dental Surgery from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, India and Masters in Business Administration in Healthcare Management from the University of Findlay, Ohio, USA. He has several training programmes to his credit, which include Project Management from IIM-A, Gujarat, India, Clinical and operations research from the University of Pittsburgh, USA and Joint Commission International (JCI) on Accreditation of Hospitals. Dr Vennela has served as a Subject Matter Expert to HP on a Tele-medicine project and as an Infection Prevention Specialist for key corporate hospitals across India.

Ms. Sailaja Bonu
Project Officer

Ms. Sailaja Bonu has joined Project BOLSTER as a Project Officer. Ms. Sailaja has done her M.Sc. Nursing Obstetrical and Gynecological and has about 9 years of experience in teaching and clinical areas. Prior to joining SHARE INDIA, she was associated with Metas College, Andhra Pradesh as a Lecturer. She also worked with CARE India, Bihar as a Senior Nurse and as a Clinical trainer in Engender Health, Karnataka.

Mr. Samson Shadrick
Project Officer

Mr. Samson Shadrick holds a Post-Graduate in Nursing and a PG Diploma in Public Health and Hospital Administration. Mr. Samson is a Nursing professional specializing in Critical Nursing with 12 years of experience. He is experienced in working with Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) and Corporate Hospitals. He has been a State Assessor for LaQshya program in Rajasthan and has also worked in the capacity of a Senior Program Officer with Jhpiego under the Maternal and Child Health Programme. 

Ms. Arya S. Nair
Project Assistant

Ms. Arya S. Nair holds a Masters in Hospital management with specialization in Infection Control and Prevention management after having completed B.Sc. Nursing in 2012. Prior to SHARE INDIA she was a practicing critical care and public health professional for eight years working as an IEC trainer for Sexual gender-based violence with Médecins Sans frontiers at New Delhi. She was also part of Malnutritional project in Bihar with Médecins Sans frontieres and worked in the capacity of a critical care nurse in pediatrics.

Ms. D. Dhanalakshmi
Project Assistant

Ms. D. Dhanalakshmi has done B. Sc Nursing and is currently pursuing her M. Sc from Vijaya College of Nursing, NTR University. She was previously associated with Apollo Specialty Hospitals, Nellore as an Infection Prevention Control Nurse.

Mr. Deepak Rastogi
Junior Data Analyst

Mr. Deepak Rastogi, joined project BOLSTER as a Junior Data Analyst. Mr Rastogi is Post graduate in Rural Development from IGNOU has completed his graduation from Delhi University. His has been in the development sector for nearly 6 years’ now. He was previously associated with NRMC. His job responsibilities have been capacity building through data, big data analysis and collecting quantitative data. He was instrumental in designing a quantitative tool in the KoBo application and was extensively involved in field surveys and leading quantitative enumerators etc.

Dr Mohd. Zuber
Consultant – Surveillance

Dr Mohd. Zuber holds a post-graduate degree in Public Health from the University of Lucknow and a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery from Agra University in India. Dr Zuber’s previous work experience was as a Facilitator, MPH Online, College of Health and Bio-Medicine, Victoria University, Australia, Lecturer in the Department of Public Health at Saudi Electronic University, MOHE, Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He also worked as a Consultant Epidemiologist at CSU-IDSP, NCDC Delhi, DGHS, Government of India and as a Dental Surgeon in National Rural Health Mission, Government of Uttar Pradesh, India. He will be based out of our Delhi office.
