Dr Prashant Kumar Mishra holds an M.Phil. and Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. He has more than five-years of post Ph.D. research experience in public health, related to tuberculosis management and implementation in particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs) of Central India. Prior to SHARE INDIA, Dr Mishra worked as Scientist-B at ICMR- National Institute of Research in Tribal Health (NIRTH), Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. He has published several research articles in peer-reviewed journals such as PLOS One, BMJ Open, Transactions of the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine & Hygiene, Indian Journal of Public Health and Indian Journal of Community Medicine etc. Dr Mishra delivered several oral/poster presentations in various scientific meetings and is always ready to help his colleagues, project staff and field workers. Further to his skills, he has extensive work experience in DRTB patient's management, ADR Management among DRTB patients, Reasons LTFU among DSTB and DRTB, TST and other EPTB and paediatric TB algorithms and article writings.
