Mr. CH.S.Naidu is a Health Care Services Management and Continuous Improvement Professional with 30 years of experience in project management, supply chain management, stakeholders' management in HIV/AIDS related programs. Has 7 years' experience in implementation of quality management systems in ICTCs, SRLs and Viral load testing laboratories. Completed MBA - Healthcare Management, M.Phil. - Total Quality Management in Medical and Laboratory services. Certified in Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt, Master Black Belt and Champion in lean six sigma applications for continuous improvement of the services and process. Also trained on Project Management from IIM-A, Gujarat, India.
His roles and responsibilities include, advocacy with principals, medical superintendents for implementation lab related activities in Govt. Medical Colleges and obtaining approvals from Commissioner APVVP and DME offices to implement HIV/COVID related capacity building activities. Mr. Naidu has also been instrumental in pursuing with the department of pathology and OBGY to conduct the self-assessment on cervical cancer screening activities in all Govt. Medical Colleges. He facilitated and prepared the VL lab teams for audit by GFATM teams and developed action plans for VL labs/SRLs/ICTCs for NABL accreditation by advocating with the Nodal officers and HoDs and Principals to undertake and support the VL lab staff.
