Mr. Seera Chandra Mouli holds a post-graduate degree in Social Work from Andhra Pradesh. Mr. Mouli come to SHARE INDIA with an experience of nearly 17 years having worked in various capacities in the HIV sector specifically in health and community development programs with HLFPPT as a Program Officer in the Technical Support Unit (TSU). He has also worked closely with the Government departments such as DM&HO. He has joined project NISCHIT Plus Treatment as a Sr. Project Officer.
