Mr. Sunil Savita has been involved in the development sector for the last 9 years in different projects. Prior to SHARE INDIA he was working as a State ACSM Coordinator at Shimla Himachal Pradesh, under the Union and was a Deputy director in the Project of Patient Provider Support Agency” (PPSA) on END TB, towards private sector engagement, and notification as per the key indicator of NSP 2017-2025. Mr. Savita also worked in the 23 Districts of Madhya Pradesh towards implementation of the PPSA project which involved managing and supervising 450 field staff including District Program Manager, Program Manager, Treatment Coordinator and CHR etc. He also worked as a District Coordinator in the TB Saharia Project under the ICMR.
His job responsibilities involved coordination with private healthcare institutes for integration of RNTCP and DOTs, implementation of entrepreneurship model of DOTS services in the rural as well as urban slum, monitoring of service providers for quality services, coordination with DMCS, DTOs, CMOS, STO etc. from grass root to state level officials for eradication of TB and compiling summary reports for the Government. His role also involved networking and advocacy at local, district and state level, capacity building of partners focusing on system reformation and mentoring, His M&E experience involved tracking indicators and ensuring the desired target achieved in a given timeline. Mr. Savita has joined as a Program Officer at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
