Dr Syeda Tahseen Kulsum is a public health professional with a BDS and a postgraduate with a diploma in hospital management (National Institute of Health and Family Welfare). Dr Kulsum has over three years of healthcare experience (2 years of clinical experience in dentistry and 1 year of public health practice at the National Level). She has helped to draft the guidelines which include: Indian Public Health Standards 2022, Integrated Public Health Labs, Public Health Management Cadre and strengthening secondary care services.
