With over 8 years of experience, she is a Six Sigma Green Belt Certified Laboratory Physician specializing in laboratory diagnostics, quality improvement, medical laboratory management and accreditation. Dr. Upadhyay's previous role as Assistant Professor and Quality Manager at JPNATC, AIIMS, New Delhi involved teaching and training in laboratory medicine. She excels in managing integrated diagnostic laboratories and has the expertise to achieve ISO 15189 accreditation. Her mission is to advance quality diagnostics to be more accessible, reliable, and affordable. She has presented to several research papers at various national and international conferences and has received awards for her work.
