Ms. Sujatha Saradhi holds a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) and has been with SHARE INDIA since 2008. She brings extensive experience in the development sector, with a strong background in HIV/AIDS, community health, and social welfare programs. At SHARE INDIA she leads HR and administrative coordination, focusing on staff welfare, onboarding, performance support, and smooth office operations. Ms. Saradhi applies a people-centered approach—grounded in social work—to foster an inclusive, empathetic workplace that supports program delivery and team wellbeing. She is based in Hyderabad, Telangana
